Orchestra Multifase – Cicli Compositivi Multipli
L’orchestra Multifase è un metodo compositivo concertato con Enrico Gabrielli.
Brani composti in modo esteso da Enrico Gabrielli – partiture di notazione musicale tradizionali – eseguite da musicisti umani, vengono riscritte elettronicamente da Lorenzo Brusci, quindi riproposte nel loro stato logico e fisico-musicale alla riscrittura di Enrico Gabrielli;
…e così via, in un circolo che al momento opportuno potrà aprirsi ad altri compositori, di entrambi gli orientamenti metodologici.
Ecco un primo ciclo, di cui presento in audio-ascolto solo la versione elettronica, o secondo Ciclo.
[Re-thinking the meaning of multi-compositinal approaches – compositional interaction among composers
(Following the music re-mixing culture – a deep understanding of evident and shared natural/artificial exchange process – between present and past, different methodologies, different music cultures):
The Multiphase Orchesra aims at transforming Enrico Gabrielli’s scores – interpreted by human musicians – through Lorenzo Brusci’s electronic canvas and then back again to Enrico’s extensive music writing, in a potentially unlimited re-arranging and re-writing Circle. The result will be paused or open again to other composers, or performed live and widened to live-improvising methods. The goal is to overwhelm our individual compositional cultures and biases, leading to a dynamic music logic, the ever-changing character of ‘belonging to’ and ‘sharing in’ a music community. The intelligence of music making is set free from the intentional personal aesthetics and set to feel the continuity of music as a pragmatic communal making-continuity.
